In firmware 3.60, the TTBCR has the following value: 0x00000002, which means that TTBCR.N = 2. When TTBCR.N = 2, the 0x00000000-0x3FFFFFFF virtual region is mapped by TTBR0, and the 0x40000000-0xFFFFFFFF virtual region is mapped by TTBR1.
