This kernel module is responsible of providing access to the DevKit memory card to PC via FS Driver and Neighborhood.
Meaning could be:
- DECI4P Remote Directory reference process
- DECI4P Removable Device reference process
- DECI4P Removable Device remote filesystem process
Also, the `psp2ctrl stat` service goes through this module.
